1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TBS ARMY Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility for Membership

To join TBS ARMY Guild, you must:

• ▸ Have an active Free Fire account with a minimum level of 40.
• ▸ Have a nickname that starts with "TBS".
• ▸ Be an active player (not banned or suspended by Garena).
• ▸ Provide accurate and truthful information during signup.
• ▸ Receive admin approval before gaining full member access.

3. Account Responsibilities

• ▸ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ▸ You must not share your account with others.
• ▸ You must not use the Platform for any fraudulent or harmful activity.
• ▸ You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Guild Wallet & Rewards

• ▸ The guild wallet contains virtual coins/rewards managed by TBS ARMY admins.
• ▸ Rewards are distributed at admin's sole discretion based on guild activity and performance.
• ▸ Withdrawal requests are subject to admin verification and processing time (up to 72 hours).
• ▸ We reserve the right to freeze or void wallet balances in case of suspected fraud.
• ▸ Virtual rewards have no guaranteed real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated.

5. Code of Conduct

All members must follow the TBS ARMY Code of Conduct:

• ▸ Treat all members with respect — no harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• ▸ No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized third-party tools in Free Fire.
• ▸ No sharing of guild information, strategies, or member details with outsiders.
• ▸ Active participation in guild events is expected.

6. Termination

TBS ARMY admins reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who violates these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or engages in any activity deemed harmful to the guild community — without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
